We have a flexible project management structure that can be customized to meet the unique requirements of each project. Our project management group has a very low turnover with most of the members being with the company for 15+ years. To monitor: scope, schedule, and budget we use our proprietary “Project Status Reporting System”(PSRS) which allows for frequent updates to all stakeholders.
