Safety
Safety is our highest priority at BEI Engineers. BEI has never had an OSHA recordable accident or lost time due to an incident. BEI Engineers is a member of the surrounding local safety councils who subscribe to the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils (ARSC). BEI Engineers employs a full-time safety director, with over 10 years of experience, whose roles and responsibilities include: maintaining records of the latest Client safety requirements, facilitating safety meetings at BEI’s corporate office and Client sites, researching all new safety regulations and legislation to keep BEI Engineers at the forefront of industry safety standards, creating innovative safety programs, updating the BEI safety manual and ensuring compliance by all BEI employees, and organizing all BEI employee safety equipment and training requirements prior to visiting client sites.
Quality
BEI Engineers strives to provide quality project execution through an understanding of quality philosophies, principles, methods, and Client expectations and satisfaction. There is a focus on the quality of the scope, schedule and budget from commencement to completion of a project. Through precision Alignment, Objectives, and Work Processes of BEI’s Quality System, we are committed to understanding and exceeding our Clients’ expectations by delivering on-target scopes, schedules and budgets.
Productivity
In order to ensure efficiency of project execution, productivity is measured based on BEI’s key performance indicators. These key performance indicators are audited for each project by BEI’s Audit Compliance Accountability Team. The focus of this Team is to ensure that good communication and alignment is maintained from the time a proposal is developed through the final phases of an executed project, which leads to maximum productivity.
