In addition, BEI handles all coordination between design and build efforts so that the client is able to focus on scope and decision making, rather than coordination between designer and builder.

Cost Control

BEI offers a guaranteed project cost for the scope of work defined. Therefore, BEI’s clients know the complete project cost upfront. For projects where a fixed budget is defined, this is particularly important, insuring that the scope of work is completed within budget.

Time Savings

Because design and construction are overlapped, and bidding periods and redesign are eliminated, total design and construction time can be significantly reduced.

Reduced Risk

BEI’s Design/Build solutions alleviate our clients risk on security projects. BEI is experienced in Design/Build Security. We take on the full burden of successful project completion within scope, schedule and budget.

Quality

Construction is only as good as the design, and a good design does not guarantee quality construction. But, if one company is held accountable for both, there is no room for question. BEI takes full responsibility for quality.

Reduced Burden

BEI reduces the clients administrative and management burden. The client is not required to invest time and money coordinating and arbitrating between separate design and construction contracts. Only one contract is needed for the entire project. BEI takes on the full responsibility of selecting qualified-cost efficient subcontractors if needed, and BEI assumes responsibility for any work performed by subcontractors.
