The Houston Minority Business Council (HMBC) certifies BEI as a minority owned and operated business. BEI has been a member of HMBC since 1995. BEI acknowledges and appreciates corporations who actively promote the efforts of minority businesses based on merit. In recognition of this support, BEI informs the HMBC on a periodic basis regarding those corporations who utilize BEI services.
