Provided turn key engineering and construction support for the installation of pre-packaged, pre-tested, HRVOC monitoring systems designed to comply with the current TCEQ chapter 115 rules. Each system provides all raw emissions data, system status, alarms, etc. via the existing plant LAN. Included with each flare feed line are mass flow meters with temperature and pressure compensation. Two different flow measurement technologies are implemented in order to report flow measurements over the entire operating range of each flare. In addition, a total water flow measurement is provided for each cooling tower return header. The plant process computer provides all subsequent emissions calculations, environmental reporting and historical archiving.
